The front of the following birdhouses swings open on a hinge to allow for easy cleaning.  We often clean our birdhouses 2-3 times a year to allow successive families of birds to be laid.

Professional Blue Bird Houses:   On both types of Professional Bluebird Houses, the front slides down to allow for viewing of the nest and birds.

This bracket can be placed at the bottom of the birdhouse and then the bird house can be put on a tall piece of EMT tubing like in the picture below.
