If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will replace,
exchange or refund your money in full. We do require you
to return your order for a full refund unless other arrangements have been
made.
Ordering Information
- We will accept a personal check, money order or cashier's
check (Please make payable to Charley Hein). Personal
checks may be required to clear the bank before the order will be shipped. Paypal is
also available if you prefer to use a credit card. We can send you a
Paypal money request for an additional 5% charge, since we are charged
to do this, if you are buying 2 or more books this fee will be waived.

Please email us to make or discuss your order. We can
give you full details as to what's available (though the list on the web site
is kept up to date) and the actual cost of shipping
and handling (and/or taxes on birdhouses, if you are a WA resident). We will
not return long distance calls unless you have already made an order,
but we will email anyone.
Garlic orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Books will be sent by Media Mail unless you make arrangements to pay the
additional cost for Priority Mail.
If you live locally and come to pick up your order, there will be no
shipping and handling charges. Sometimes delivery can be arranged
to areas close to our other job sites.

All orders will be held for 10 days, then if
payment does not arrive, we may sell the garlic or books to someone else.
