Growing organic garlic is one of our passions (WSDA Organic Certification # 1239).  We started with four varieties in 1997 and have slowly increased until we now have 30 varieties.  These are heirloom varieties.

This garlic must be hand harvested and cleaned.  It's too fragile to be mass-produced.  When you discover the difference, you'll know why it's worth the effort to grow your own garlic.  Many of our buyers say that our garlic is the nicest garlic they have ever purchased.  Charley is the only one handling it and he is a perfectionist. We only cultivate about a half acre, so please don't contact us hoping to supply a food chain store.  This is small farming at its finest!

Availability:

Half of our yearly crop becomes next year's seed and the garlic we use in our kitchen.  The other half we make available to you in late Aug. or Sept.  We will take orders at any time for the upcoming harvest.  And we often sell out of the most popular varieties before it is possible to ship. This garlic can be used for growing or eating.  We sell to our customers on a first served basis.  Please call or email us if you would like more information.

2008 Crop: We harvest in July and start mailing out orders in early Sept.  Please order early in the year to guarantee that we can fill your order. Scroll down for a more complete price list. Unlike most farmers, we sell our garlic by size: Large and Medium bulbs.  (You get what you pay for.)
