This garlic must be hand harvested and cleaned.
It's too fragile to be mass-produced. When you discover the difference, you'll
know why it's worth the effort to grow your own garlic. Many of our
buyers say that our garlic is the nicest garlic they have ever purchased.
Charley is the only one handling it and he is a perfectionist.
Availability:Half of our yearly crop becomes next year's seed and the garlic we use in our kitchen. The other half we make available to you in late Aug. or Sept. We will take orders at any time for the upcoming harvest. And we often sell out of the most popular varieties before it is possible to ship. This garlic can be used for growing or eating. We sell to our customers on a first served basis. Please call or email us if you would like more information.
